My contributions were instrumental in supporting the company's overall strategy and securing a significant investment of £32M, allowing for an accelerated build program through a new equity and contract model. This ultimately resulted in the awarding of multiple government contracts worth over £50M. Throughout my tenure, I have taken ownership of revenue growth, utilizing KPIs such as COA, ROI, Trust Pilot, CSAT, and ARPU to drive network adoption up to an average of 37%.
