sourcers, (1) Sourcing Manager and the Sales Team as well as develop strategy to integrate the
NA division with 50 offshore sourcing resources. My entire team was geographically dispersed
and remote. • Strategic partner to the President and EVP, responsible for overseeing all aspects of talent
acquisition, talent management, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and daily
operations of Urgenci talent delivery.
• True player/coach, leading team and carrying requisition loads and managing RPO client
engagements.
• Tasked with driving the transformation and rebuilding the TA infrastructure to support a
complex, high-volume hiring environment to include staff redeployment, performance
management, adding new team members, tools implementation, process mapping and
training.
• Work closely with all hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and expectations,
while building the processes to help both our internal team and candidates move through
the interview process
• Coach and train a geographically dispersed recruiting team on best practices as talent
advisors, while building influential relationships with business leaders, and have overall
hiring responsibility across all teams.
• Function as subject matter expert on recruiting activities and maintain up to date
knowledge of recruiting standards, issues, and trends
• Worked closely with Head of Sourcing & Research to define sourcing strategies,
remediate gaps and taking a deep dive into candidate intelligence to improve branding
techniques and attract passive candidates.
