Technical and Softskills were used to help Gerdau to deliver and produce steel across the globe. ACTIVITIES: • Implementation and coordination of infrastructure projects;
• Preparation of control plans and performance measurement systems and resources computational aiming investigate anomalies and / or faults before they occur;
• Coordination of group problem solving, using methodologies and tools such as MASP, PDCA, Pareto diagram, Ishikawa diagram;
• Management and technical service called using ServiceDesk system (Problems and incidents); recorded time attendance - SLA;
• Member of the regional team south of technical support of the Gerdau group projects S.A., participation in change of plans related to the Data Center
• Minitab software licenses Coordinator with negotiating with outside vendor to all Gerdau units in Brazil, Mexico, India, Spain and U.S
• Approval / virtualization and deployment of applications on MetaFrame (Citrix);
• Creation / coordination and implementation of Desktop Virtualization projects at regional units using Citrix XenApp / XenDesktop tool
• Monitoring of computer resources and electronic equipment - using the System Center Configuration Manager tool;
• Second and third level support on Windows servers; maintenance routines servers and data storage; analysis of anomalies, patch execution / fix; creating workarounds to solve chronic emergency problems and indications
correction / improvement engineering;
• Participation in overheads groups in order to identify cost reduction opportunities
• Coordination and supervision of the endpoints updates of the South Region (RS, SC and PR);
• Project lifecycle tracking using Microsoft Project tool, EPM.
