Jan. 2018 - Nov. 2020Hillsboro, Oregon, United States• Responsible for leading the implementation and delivering strategic and secure product launches through to completion, Including; VMware Workspace ONE/Intelligent Hub (corporate and retail, 70,000+ global employees), Slack, Cvent Software for Nike Meeting & Events and implementing Tech Ops engagement fairs and Zoom
• Partner with business stakeholders, program managers, mobile engineers, tech ops teams to create the product/solutions vision and desktop/mobile download success
• Responsible for multiple global regions by customizing global training, trade shows and communications to meet their regional needs (APLA, APJ, ANZ, NA, EMEA, GC)
• A strategic catalyst for business and technology stakeholders • Lead broad cross-functional teams in developing, managing and execute marketing initiatives/strategy, driving brand, awareness and enrollment
• Analyze and communicate customer adoption, user experience, performance, time to market, KPI metrics to stakeholders
• Manage vendor relationships to support scope of project and technology roadmap requirements
• Develop messaging. communications and content preparation for executive road shows, workshops and trade shows
• Partner with teams to ensure all policy (B.Y.O.D, AUP, EPP) requirements are compliant prior to launch
