-Managing key accounts of restaurant chains that have their own delivery or with independent delivery companies operating in this industry. - I worked closely with the marketing departments of the chains and to find the best solutions for growth the number of orders received through our platform. - I took care of any other problems that may arise during a collaboration, either of a technical nature or in the terms of the final customer's satisfaction regarding the quality of the services offered by both the restaurant chain and Takeaway. com. - We have used all the tools at our disposal to keep the satisfaction level of restaurant chains at high levels, and in so we can keep them as collaborators as long as possible. - I had 20 chains in the portfolio, - I hit 100% of my goals and KPIs per month and exceeded them in my busiest months - I did the fieldwork, through weekly visits, 5 days out of 7, every week - I led a team of five colleagues - Signed over 100 locations on the platform and increased gross merchandise value (GMV) by 5% month-on-month - I held daily meetings, in which I set objectives for each team member and to analyze each one's activity - We had weekly meetings, every Friday, to evaluate the activity of the previous week and establish goals for the next week - I rectified certain mistakes made by the team members and discussed with each one separately, as the case may be either, to understand the situation and not to repeat that error. - I held personal development courses with team members and other colleagues. - I was responsible for developing and implementing a business development plan for each of my chains - I was responsible for implementing and highlighting promotions and discounts - I was responsible for managing any situation that arose on a daily basis (changes to delivery areas, price and product updates, order issues such as canceling and/or updating them)
