When I was working in the financial sector as a COO  The organization and coordination of financial analysis, trading, sales and asset management departments.  COO, including setting up a new risk management department.  The setting up of new departments (foreign markets trading).  The setting up and management of the derivatives trading desk .  The service and execution of transactions in domestic and foreign institutional investors.  Managing the IT department , including the introduction of new ERP system aimed at efficient management and processing all the operations (front and back office)- which now include transactions in derivatives, transactions on margin and trading on international markets -as well as the development of a new MIS.  Participation as a member at the Investment and Risk Management Committees .  Nominated by the Company, upon proposal of the Board, as authorized executive to cooperate with the authorities on issues related with laundering money from criminal activities.  Nominated by the Company, upon proposal of the Board and approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission, as market maker. Then I started a franchise (Curves women fitness) and after that I made my hobby a profession and started a bike ship in 2012 that I run till today. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
