• management of 30 accounts (Korona Candles, Jelenia Plast, Kontakt-Simon, Nicoll, Cykoria, Mauser Poland, Melex, John Cotton Europe, ...)
• Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities, prepare detailed account development plans, engagement strategies and growth targets for each account within your assigned portfolio. By building strategic relationships with your accounts, you grow the revenue coming from assigned accounts YoY.
• Network multiple levels within an account, engage with senior decision makers to drive growth opportunities within assigned client accounts
• Extending my network, generating hot new leads to extend my pipeline where needed
• Understanding client challenges, scoping their requirements & working with internal stakeholders (e.g. sales operations, pre-sales, product and customer services teams) to shape and sell optimum solutions
• Prepare Scope of work, Schedule, and Pricing documents, in cooperation with technical leads
• Provide regular reports on sales activity and forecast
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and delivery (product development, design and engineering) leadership to develop effective messaging to convert interested prospects into qualified pipeline
• Work closely with other Team members and stakeholders (BDR’s, Pre-Sales and Marketing)
• Collaborating with Delivery Team on estimates, offers, contracts, sourcing capabilities, and onboarding of new customers to ensure seamless cooperation with them
• Implementing creative messaging and content for email marketing campaigns
• Planning, driving and coordinating marketing outbound targeted email campaigns and similar initiatives
• Measuring and analysing the effectiveness of outbound campaigns
• implementation of sales plans at the level of 1M turnover / year, increase plans 2016/2017 by 30%
