Deal with customers from wholesale: accepting orders, issuing invoices, payments and credits, daily correspondence via email, phone, whatsapp. Manager of wholesale online platforms such as Le New Black and Playtime: creating collections, uploading products and pictures, generating reports, create and send invitations of collection presentation to customers. Cooperate with other members of the team in managing Maisonette and Dopple platforms. Set up assistance at international fashion fairs such as Playtime Paris and Pitti Bimbo, being present and meeting with customers and future customers. assisting production department with purchase orders, oversewing delivery time frames and organising deliveries to the warehouse. Assisting on organising of the photo shooting each season. When requested, warehouse worker as picking, packing and shipping orders issuing label and packing lists when needed. This is a remote work from home, daily reporting to the brand, personally meeting and travel when necessary.
