In both of these projects, my role as a project manager involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle. This includes defining project objectives, creating and managing project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, allocating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery. I am responsible for managing risks, resolving issues, and fostering effective communication among stakeholders, both internal and external. I also collaborate with other departments, such as IT, compliance, legal, and marketing, to ensure successful project implementation.
