I am required to commission and calibrate new systems / machines or any other supporting functions during engineering project realization. Systems / machines are generally integrated into a complete process system utilizing tanks, pumps, compressors, drives, automated valves, process and analytical instrumentation interfaced to a PLC based control system with a graphical user interface front end. All commissioning activities must be carried out with the consideration of each customers GMP guidelines and GDP standards in order to fulfil the bio pharmaceutical industry standards when executing and performing service activities. Main Duties: Responsible for costing and quotation preparation/elaboration for requested commissioning activities at a customer side and running project within budget. FAT/SAT and Field Service activities for chromatography columns (manual, hydraulic and electric), STR and iCellis bioreactors.
