Coordinating and participating in Sprint Ceremonies with the full agency and client teams, • Manage road map (SOW/Process Development) through ongoing prioritization exercises with your team and the client partners: Working in a capacity-based model ensuring the team is always delivering on the client’s highest priorities while not exceeding retained hours, knowing when to flag that something needs to be added to the backlog when the team’s plates are full - Responsible for ongoing client satisfaction, • Work with business unit leadership to pursue, shape and sell client solutions
