My responsibilities included training new servers and ensuring that they provided excellent customer service to guests. I also had to maintain a thorough understanding of the menu offerings and provide recommendations to customers when necessary. In addition to training, I also had to assist with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, such as taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments. I had to ensure that all orders were accurately recorded and delivered promptly to guests. One of my proudest accomplishments as a server trainer was being able to contribute to the success of the new locations. I was able to help new servers learn the ropes quickly and efficiently, which allowed them to provide exceptional service to guests right from the start. Overall, my experience as a server trainer for Cinepolis was extremely rewarding. I was able to develop my leadership and communication skills, and contribute to the growth of the company.

This included preparing and serving food and beverages, handling cash transactions, and ensuring that the concession stand was clean and well-stocked. I was responsible for ensuring that the theater was clean and presentable for guests. This included tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and taking out the trash. I also helped with set-up and tear-down for events and screenings. I was also responsible for selling movie tickets, greeting guests, and guiding them to their respective theaters. This role required me to have excellent customer service skills, as I was often the first point of contact for guests. I had to be knowledgeable about the movie schedules, pricing, and seating options to provide accurate information to guests. In March of 2020 I was furloughed due to the pandemic, I worked at Johnny's the Bronx Pizza until my previous employer, Cinepolis, reopened.
