Jan. 2018Montreal, Quebec, Canada- Establishing the overall design direction and visual approach for each clients visual tone - Develop and pitch visual concepts for projects, campaigns and content creation for clients - Pre-production: Concept creation, moodboard production, location scouting and model selection when applicable, art direction and style direction on set - Post-production: Identify photo selection, manage edits with internal team, delivery of assets to client, digital marketing and advertising liaison with respective teams to ensure content can be applied omni-channel - Content Team Lead: Provide leadership to all other members of the creative team (photographers, content creators, stylists, graphic designers), manage team schedules, manage progress, lead evaluations. - Lead execution of all campaigns and content shoots, while guiding the visual and design direction of projects - Review and approve content, artwork, photography and graphics developed by internal team and external partners - Liase with Digital Marketing Director and Digital Marketing Coordinators on a daily basis to ensure all content production meets the strategy needs of the client - Support Influencer Project Manager with Art Direction for content direction or event setups when needed prior to influencer activations
