Negotiating cost with suppliers, overall office upkeep and maintenance. Contacting vendors/landlord for repairs. Verify goods received, updating leave cards and other ad hoc duties required by CEO’s Personal Assistant, finance and GM. After 6 months, I was then offered, by the company to move department to an Accounts Coordinator for Pampers-P&G.
