I work within the Business Development Department, and across Membership, World Chambers Federation, and Policy departments to explore and commercialize ICC content, products and business networks. • Triggered 250% increase in revenue 12 months by completely overhauling business development and fundraising departments, as well as centralizing sponsorship requests to ensure a consistent, global approach.
• Expanded professional network and donor base by developing sales packages, organizing events and conferences, devising media relations strategy, and securing high-profile print, digital, and broadcast placements.
• Designed and executed marketing tactics to drive awareness and revenue growth.
