Objective was to ensure proper maintenance; safety controls; Fitting; and accessories for safe and efficient operation. - Produced the inspection checklist for both New York State inspectors and insurance companies for low- and high-pressure boilers, in accordance with the NYC Mechanical, Plumbing, Fuel &Gas, and Building Codes. - Carried out calculations for duct piping and sizing, as well as louver sizing, in accordance to ASME CSD-1 codes and standards, that were made into portable excel calculator/ tools for inspectors to streamline the process. - Conducted quantitative investigations into US manufacturers' recommendations for the percentage of fire-tubes plugged, and their impact on energy efficiency and capacity in accordance to ASME guidelines. - Logged the complaint and violation GIS numbers from the DOB BIS system and cross reference them with building and lot numbers to quickly identify backlogged cases.
