As an entrepreneur and co-founder of three startups in the technology, energy, and service sectors, I have established myself as a Technology and Innovation Consultant and Certified Innovation Advisor. My mission is to democratize Technology, Governance, Innovation, and Cybersecurity, a purpose supported by my experience as the Vice President of Technology and Operations (CTIO). I have consistently delivered structural project outcomes, achieving over 50% productivity gains in operations and pioneering a new end-to-end customer journey in IT. This includes implementing a new BSS stack, billing, and structuring the entire customer service operation for both B2C and B2B clients. Supporting this transformation, I have overseen the decommissioning of legacy systems and migration to cloud-based solutions. I am responsible for high-impact transformation projects, such as revamping the entire customer relationship journey from sales to service, all while utilizing agile frameworks. Concurrently, I have designed and structured the operations and systems for a new fiber infrastructure company, which has quickly become the largest in Brazil, as well as the migration of assets and customers from mobile operations to Claro, Vivo, and TIM. My background encompasses managing operations of significant logistical and operational complexity, with 30,000 technicians nationwide and executing major engineering projects.
