Ensure consistent implementation according to USACE/AFCEE Quality Program Management Specifications, USACE EM-385, OSHA, ISO 9001 Security Contractor Management oversight for close protection detail, camp & site security, and secure land/air transportation of local nationals, third country nationals, and western expatriates’. Advance Team Member establishing project site security perimeter, constructing man camps, and secure compounds for multiple remote austere construction locations within hostile war zones. Largest camp sustained over two thousand five hundred workers. Provide the Middle Eastern and Asian regional business group activities/EPCC operations, technical, and management support. Sub-contractor management of both local and western contractors at construction sites and manufacturing facilities.
