In my consultative role, I implemented the selected solutions and provided training to the team to ensure their effective and profitable utilization. - Responsible for completely revamping the Onboarding process for the company's retail analysis platform and documenting the new procedures. This involved rebuilding the team and providing thorough training based on the newly established standards. I had the opportunity to assist clients under this vertical such as Nivea, Mondelez, Pernod Ricard, and others.
- Technical system configuration to provide the customers with retail sellout and storage data through Neogrid’s solutions;
- Delivering the Demand Activation Retail solutions, including BI Portal, Point of Sales (POS) Reports, OSA (On-Shelf Availability) e DBD (Data Base Delivery);
- Guaranteeing the solutions’ implementation and full functioning, as well as training customers to use the platforms and interpret technical data;
- Analyzing retail data and transforming it into insights and concrete strategies to improve performance;
- Created and applied Customer Satisfaction measuring tools;
- Part of the Internal Improvements team, reviewing and changing internal processes in order to enhance Customer Experience and Satisfaction as well as simplifying and optimizing daily tasks.
