My name is Diego Araya Miller and I am an Industrial Engineer from the Adolfo Ibáñez University. In my work career I have developed a broad commercial vision, from corporate strategy to the different points of contact with clients. I have led work teams for the store channel and field sales, where the development of soft skills has been key to successfully addressing large challenges. Given my knowledge and experience, it could be interesting to be part of a new work challenge where it is required to develop sales channels for products or intangibles. My main achievements in recent years were: - Proactively develop and implement the commission model for the distributors in charge and lead the team to first place in cross-selling nationwide, increasing productivity (WOM) by 13%. - Reduce non-payment rates from 32% to 12% of assigned distributors, identifying vulnerabilities in the company's (Entel) B2B commission model. - Lead the development of a mobile app to generate efficiency in sales on the Terreno Hogar Canal (Entel). In the future I would like to continue participating in projects with high impact and social meaning, especially in companies where there is a high use of technology and there is a culture that encourages innovation.
