FUNCTIONS: • Preparation, prioritization, and approval of business cases and investment budget.
• Directly involved in the design, development, and implementation of the bank's digital transformation strategy (Omnichannel platform, Mobile wallet, Payment gateway, QR, Digital journeys, on boarding authentication)
• Relationship and negotiation with suppliers for the implementation of new products and/or services. ACHIEVEMENTS:
• Definition and implementation of the digital transformation strategy.
• Lead the implementation of the Omnichannel platform for all market segments.
• 1200% growth in digital active clients in a period of 5 years.
• Growth of the network of service points by 146% in a period of 6 years.
• Creation of new channels such as BPO's and chatbot.
• Sustainable transactional efficiency of approximately 5% YTY.
