I am currently working as a Professional Assistant to the Deputy CEO of Investments at Városliget Zrt., Budapest’s leading cultural and urban development organization. My responsibilities include high-level organizational and project management tasks for flagship initiatives such as the New Hungarian National Gallery, the Photo Museum, and the recently completed House of Hungary in Brussels. I provide comprehensive administrative support, coordinate with Hungarian and international professional partners, and manage the preparation and organization of conferences and events. I pay particular attention to legal compliance, oversee award submissions, organize travel and official delegations, and prepare presentations and analyses to support executive decision-making. My role places strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, documentation management, and facilitation of collaboration between organizational units, directly contributing to the successful realization of the company’s strategic objectives.
