Pour le média mūsae qui dédramatise la santé mentale, j’écris et anime un podcast mensuel.
Suite à mes propres expériences (cocktail délirant de petites joies quotidiennes, hebdomadaires, mensuelles ou annuelles : anxiété, stress, burn-out, dépression) parle de santé mentale, de comment elle fait partie de nos vies qu’on l’accepte ou non. Et j’encourage à l’accepter, à l’apprivoiser et à l’améliorer en partageant certaines clés (jamais aussi puissantes que celles d’un professionnel de santé).
Je m’interroge sur ce que ça signifie aujourd’hui quand on ne s’y intéresse pas vraiment, qu’on s’y intéresse de loin ou qu’on en a peur. Je m’adresse aussi indirectement aux personnes qui, comme moi, s’y intéressent beaucoup et cherchent à partager ces sujets auprès de leur entourage sans toujours savoir comment faire.
C’est un podcast qui se construit avec le temps, avec son audience et surtout, avec humilité.

Based on my very own experience through anxiety and depression, I write and host a podcast in French about mental health for mūsae, a media that helps people chiiiiiill out about those matters. I explain how mental health is a part of our lives rather we like or not, and how to approach it when we don’t care about it, don’t want to hear about it, don’t know what to do with it or are scared of it. I also speak to the people who, like me, are really into this subject but don’t always know how to bring their people to care as well.
