I am also fully in charge of DofE after setting the program up at MHC on my arrival in 2011. More recently, I had the opportunity to be more involved with other leadership experiences, such as: leading motivational assemblies, organising rotas for volunteering and building the whole school timetable. Being able to work with the SENCo to ensure the well-being of our students is a huge privilege.
