As a Technical Support Team Lead at CYDEO, I lead and manage a team of IT support specialists who provided technical assistance and solutions to over 10000+ clients across the company. I am responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our service delivery, as well as the satisfaction and retention of our customers. I have a strong background in IT and business analysis, with a bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from AAB College and ongoing Masters studies, and two certificates in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School Online. I have also completed multiple certifications in Technical Support Fundamentals, Basics of Project Management, and Leadership and Team Development. These credentials have enabled me to develop and apply my skills in IT strategy, IT service management, customer relationship management, project management, and team leadership. I am passionate about technology and customer service, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams to solve complex and challenging problems. I am always eager to learn new skills and tools, and to share my knowledge and best practices with others.
