I’m a Design Strategist with a strong background in branding, print, and digital design, combined with extensive experience in project management and creative solutions. I started my career as a Graphic Designer at a communication and marketing agency specializing in real estate. After six months, I was promoted to Project Manager, where I took on a wide range of responsibilities, including strategic planning, creative direction, and client relationship management. In this role, I managed anywhere from 6 to 12 projects at a time, with responsibilities spanning from the development of new branding projects to the ongoing management of long-term client relationships. I worked closely with my in-house team of four and external vendors, like printers and copywriters, to ensure we delivered top-quality work on time and within budget. One of my proudest achievements was setting up a custom workflow system in Notion. It streamlined the way we handled feedback, files, and deadlines, and made collaboration much more efficient. I also updated our CRM system to help my team better manage time tracking. These changes left a lasting impact and were recognized by my colleagues as game-changers for the company. I also organized and facilitated strategic workshops with clients, often using design sprints to define their needs and translate them into actionable plans. Whether I was presenting creative concepts, managing budgets, or making sure digital and print efforts were perfectly aligned, I focused on keeping things clear and efficient for everyone involved. If I had to summarize my work style, I’d say it’s all about combining strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and process optimization to deliver results that make an impact—not just on the project but on how teams work together to achieve success.
