Some key highlights of my contributions include: Mobile Mastery: Led the mobile platform team, focused on delivering outstanding native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, complementing our web product offerings. 20–30% increase of total and new native mobile users (YOY). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Formed strong partnerships with product and engineering teams, contributing to the enhancement of various enterprise products, spanning areas such as search, data analytics, applicant tracking, and human capital management tools. I’ve worked with teams across the globe (Costa Rica, Hong Kong, India, London, Shanghai, Singapore, & Ukraine). Mentoring Excellence: Managed and mentored a diverse range of designers, from junior to senior levels, both in-house and remotely, within various user experience teams across the CB organization. Design Standards Advocate: Co-initiated the design standards initiative, aimed at creating a unified and consistent user experience across the entire CB product ecosystem. Design System Architect: Led the design standards team in crafting a comprehensive design system, complete with an ever-evolving style guide, detailed design documentation, a master design library, and collaborated with front-end teams to develop a reusable component library. User-Centric Focus: Actively participated in user chair-side sessions, crafted testing requirements, and conducted usability tests to ensure user-centered design principles were at the forefront.
