THE FRONTLINERFounder
Mar. 2023 - Oct. 2024London, England, United KingdomAs the Chief Editor of The Frontliner Magazine, a publication I founded in March 2023, my role involves overseeing the magazine's editorial content and direction. With a rich background as a British-Kosovar conflict reporter spanning seventeen years, I bring extensive experience in conflict reporting to the table. Under my guidance, The Frontliner quickly garnered a significant following, attracting over 9,000 subscribers within its first nine months. In January 2024, I spearheaded a strategic shift in the magazine's focus, now exclusively covering political tensions and armed conflicts. Our coverage is deeply invested in examining the impacts of these conflicts on international law, human rights, civil liberties, and political freedoms. This shift included expanding our team to include five additional reporting experts, enhancing our capability to cover global tensions involving key players such as the United States, European Union, Russia, China, the Middle East, and Africa. My responsibility as Chief Editor involves ensuring that The Frontliner maintains its commitment to high-quality, meticulously researched news and opinion pieces. We prioritise cutting through misinformation, upholding a standard of ethical and unbiased reporting. A significant part of my job is to uphold the magazine's mission: to scrutinise international politics and hold both national and international authorities accountable, particularly in instances of rights and liberties violations. I am dedicated to empowering our readers, encouraging them to engage with and understand the complexities of global issues.
