Mar. 2019 - Mar. 2021Baltimore, Maryland Area● Lead content development and alignment in writing style for F&G branded communications, including brochures, flyers, distribution emails, social media posts, customer communications, ads, and other branded communications
● Produce high-quality publication articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, presentation content, and web copy
● Edit team content, including conceptualizing the projects upfront with sales, assigning projects and overseeing timelines
● Develop, maintain, and train internal teams on policyholder/customer service channels using Zendesk
● Work closely with senior leaders and sales teams to create effective communications strategies that articulate F&G’s product suite effectively
● Management of all creative resources including writers and external agency personnel
● Develop and execute inbound marketing, demand generation, lead management and automated online
marketing programs to drive lead conversion and ultimately new business acquisition
● Execute programs and technical tasks using marketing automation software (HubSpot); defining, shaping and building a robust marketing program
● Manage, measure, and optimize the performance and effectiveness of all marketing programs and lead
generation campaigns including lead scoring and lead nurturing programs
● Execute database management functions including lead management reporting, performance metrics and dashboards, list acquisition, and import
● Leverage digital and social media tools to build and execute campaigns
● Produce relevant marketing reports and dashboards by collecting and analyzing data from multiple digital
platforms (social media, web, and marketing automation analytics)
● Ensure compliance review requirements are met by collaborating with Product Management and Legal
regarding appropriate content reviews and publication review requirements
