I supported the 2P titles for Horizon Worlds and managed contracts and production with 6 different vendors (China, India, Vietnam, Mexico, Oregon, Canada).
Notable success was authoring the spec docs and then herding ~8,500 3d models into the build over the course of 12 months. Statistics one year later indicated this library was the most downloaded and edited library in the entire HzW ecosystem.
