HR duties including new staff hires, Payroll processing and advisory. Provide direction to a large team of varied experience levels. Set and maintain Venue service standards and meet determined KPI’s, identify and solve business issues including ROI’s, staff mentoring and training, staff and management rostering, staff evaluations, work within set budgets for wages, stock and general hotel costs, stock ordering, stock control, implement and maintain set procedures in both Bar and Bistro to minimize stock discrepancies, design and cost drinks/cocktail lists according to target clientele, develop close working relationships with internal, external and upper level management, end of day & month financial reconciliations.
Promote & develop ongoing marketing & promotional plans to suit business needs, including increasing ROI's. Maintain & update all Social Media and online advertising tools including the use of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Hootsuite, Smartphone/Tablet App, Website, multiple database programs and digital media.
