My responsibilities include developing brand strategy, marketing/sales strategy, training material, and company growth, along with leading CCP—Contact Center BPO practice initiatives around new client sales, in/outbound sales, and small/medium business SaaS reporting, analytics, and BI. I leveraged my business knack coupled with information systems knowledge to revere the products I championed to meet the needs of ethosIQ customers while achieving Interactive strategic product objectives and business goals. Key Responsibilities:
> Manage CCP -Contact Center Practices product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical product release activities including product vision and roadmap
> Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research and competitive analysis, gather and review product requirements from key internal stakeholders such as sales, professional services, and customer support, as well as external stakeholders including partners and customers
> Filter and prioritize requirements based on business needs and map requirements to the overall product vision
> Drive a solution set across internal teams (primarily Development/Engineering, Sales, and Marketing) through market requirements, product content, and positioning
> Develop/implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute product readiness plans
> Analyze potential partner relationships for the product, manage key ISV and partner integrations,
evangelize the products both internally and externally to teams, prospects, customers, analysts, and partners
