• Enable LATAM region management and leadership team through coaching. • Consolidate a talent development culture through implementation of an assessment of competencies and created development plans for the LATAM leadership team.
• Design, develop and lead the evaluation and assessment program for the 16 leaders of the LATAM region, successfully identifying and retaining the best in class.
• Implement in the region a HIGH POTENTIAL program, ensuring 3% of the LATAM employees participated.
• Support the leadership team in the yearly talent evaluation aligned with the business strategy covering 100% of the population. (Talent annual review)
