Sep. 2019ColombiaAs a Retail Business Consultant for Colombia I'm responsible for managing +36M volume portfolio with 60 SS for three geographic locations within Colombia. General tasks include administrative, legal, commercial, customer service and retail consulting for customers with constant interaction with different areas within the company such as Marketing and Lubricants. Another important part of this role is not only taking care of our customers but also bringing new customers to Chevron. In 2019 I received a portfolio with a volume of 27.8 MM GAL, increasing it to 36MM GAL in 2023, representing a growth of 29.4%. Other than my role as a BC, I had the initiative to dive into different fields, and had the chance to lead projects with cross-functional teams such as the ones mentioned bellow: 2019-2024 - Salesforce champion for Colombia. Achieved data upload, training and implementation. 2021 - Account Planning coordinator for Central America and Colombia. Achieved segmentation and planning for accounts within CCA. Worked with Sales enablement team NA. 2021 - Customer First winner for Colombia among all Business Consultants 2023- 2024 - Customer First Champion for Colombia. Achieved best results for 2023 in the last 3 years with in-site and online trainings. For 2024 helped achieved 80% of Colombia’s customers participation in the program (up from 56%). 2024 SirionLabs - I'm part of the design group with the target of implementing contracts within Salesforce to simplify processes.
