Oct. 2019 - Mar. 2020Greater New York City AreaWhile my time in this role was cut short due to the pandemic, I worked closely with my sales and marketing colleagues to cultivate branded activations, implement incentives to increase return customer percentages for private and experiential bookings, and capitalize on social and industry trends for monthly promotions. I also relied heavily on my prior operational experience to ensure flawless execution for our custom experiences. Additionally, I contracted FIT and resale clients and established net rates, created affiliate-specific booking methods for the benefit of their customers, and ensured billing accuracy through regular audits; these relationships were monitored through the Zoho CRM platform. I was eager to follow through on the big projects my team and I had planned before the shutdown. And I'm grateful that this role gave me every opportunity to work with determined, creative individuals who, like me, thrive on collaboration, creative and adaptive problem solving, and who recognize that guest satisfaction is paramount to team success.
