Act as a referent point for career: advice, evolution, compensation, training, well-being, and skills development. Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement, satisfaction, happiness, and well-being.
Support professional and personal development with monthly Personal Performance Coaching, providing guidance and developing resilient top performers.
Coordination of technical training sessions, workshops both internally and externally.
Implement performance management systems to set goals and provide feedback on a regular base. Conduct performance reviews, address issues, and when necessary, take disciplinary actions. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and best practices and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Guide management and employees on HR-related matters.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR priorities and areas for improvement.
Participate in strategic workforce planning and talent management activities.
Project coordination for Key Accounts
Conduct Performance Reviews with the customers. Create new business opportunities at Key Accounts.
