Recognizing the need for a strategic shift, I retrained the algorithm and devised a comprehensive plan to foster genuine connections with real followers, while reducing reliance on paid ads. Within a three-month timeframe, I successfully transitioned our social media strategy towards cultivating authentic engagement. By emphasizing organic following and implementing targeted initiatives, I achieved notable accomplishments: Impressions: I drove an impressive 18.9% increase in impressions Engagements: I accomplished a 19.4% increase in engagement Engagement Rate (per Impression): I achieved an engagement rate of 3.2% (per impression), surpassing the industry average of 1.4%. By retraining the algorithm and shifting the focus towards organic engagement, I successfully transformed Alaffia's organic social media presence.
