Responsible for Business Development activities around strategic client relationships and partnerships to produce a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities. Oversee Project Management activities including: Team leadership, guidance, client management and oversight on project management best practices for ongoing project teams, High level project planning, staffing, budgeting, P&L. Oversee the financial and legal aspects of the business, working closely with the activities involved with the Tax Attorney, Accountants, and Bookkeeper to produce: Financial reports on a quarterly basis, Accounting activities such as A/R, A/P, P&L, Cash Flow.
