• Formulated and executed a comprehensive global supply chain strategy for 12 new products. This included developing launch plans, integrating products into operational processes, managing product availability, and addressing the impact on existing products (phase in/phase out, cannibalism & obsolescence).
• Established robust processes for generational planning, ensuring effective service strategy and planning throughout the product lifecycle. The result: increased product longevity, heightened customer satisfaction, and reduced service-related costs.
• Played a pivotal role as a core team member in the commercialization process. Made critical decisions on last-time buys, component obsolescence, and legacy customer service fulfillment, safeguarding $10 Million worth of current product offerings and minimizing revenue loss.
• Proactively managed supplier relations during the launch stage of new products in the product development lifecycle. Conducted quality, cost, and supply reviews, effectively managing purchase order releases. The outcome: a 35% reduction in supply chain disruptions, improved supplier performance, and enhanced product quality.
• Developed, implemented, and provided training for NPI Logistics SOPs across the R & MS business unit.
