•Manage a team of one report within the Display & Programmatic in-house team
•Being accountable for meeting CPA targets on new user acquisition campaigns and CPD targets on customer retention campaigns
•Implement and adhere to brand guidelines when requesting new media assets or when launching new campaigns
•Oversee performance of in-house advertising platforms (MediaMath, AdForm, Google Ads, Flashtalking) and delegate campaign management tasks
•report results, challenges, developments, trends and opportunities to upline management
•explore new partnerships for high impact ad formats, data partners or MarTech and AdTech partners
•Liaise and manage external agencies and stakeholder if present Vertical: Online Gambling

Markets managed: Germany, Spain, Sweden, Brazil, Mexico Success:
•Reduced CPA in Germany by over 50% year-on-year
•Delivered campaign audit for all markets with action points that led to more than doubling the number of attributed DSP conversions 3 months after changes were implemented
•Product and campaign launch in Mexico which became one of the top-performing campaigns by CPA across all markets
•Won internal bid to in-house Programmatic from an external agency in Germany. Result: CPA of programmatic campaigns met CPA target while direct display deals could maintain their performance or be improved as well
