-Answered a lot of "I think I broke the website. Can you fix it?" emails.
-Redesigned, wrote, and published the weekly internal employee newsletter which was distributed to over 1,100 people around the world. -Used HTML/CSS daily, as well as both WordPress and Kentico CMS, to manage the company’s website. Content included web copy, graphics, social media feeds, metadata, videos, forms, and others as needed. -Acted as the de facto technical support person for any and all website issues, including corrupted files, server problems, and debugging HTML/CSS and Javascript.
-Created wireframes for the company website redesign using both Adobe XD and Balsamiq and applied best practices of UX and information architecture in website plans. -Edited blogs for tone, voice, grammar, SEO, and bad ideas using tools such as Yoast, Moz, and Hemingway App.
-Advocated for more focus on diversity and inclusion, which included creating a content calendar devoted to Black History Month and Women's History Month.
