Working closely with the Global Head of Product Operations and the Regional Directors of Design and Project Delivery to define and execute the growth and operations strategy for the area, my focus is set on generating the best possible experience for each and every team member, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration and efficiency. > Defined and implemented the growth strategy to scale the team from 60 to 150 people in 2018.
> Assisted in the creation and growth of local Product Teams in Sao Paulo and Mexico city.
> Redesigned and improved the area's onboarding process to improve new hire experience.
> Designed and implemented training programs for the development of soft and technical skills for our teams.
> Planned and facilitated workshops to improve inter and intra team interactions and the integration of newly created teams to the existing structure.
> Designed and developed digital tools to automate tasks and processes and integrate platforms.
> Used historic data to develop models to estimate future workload, helping the process of designing the teams.
> Created and Developed Lunch Roulette platform to generate casual workplace connections and launched it in 5 countries across 3 regions.
> Helped to facilitate and improve Data Cult, an innovation program oriented to forming and guiding interdisciplinary teams to solve multi-million dollar operational problems for the company in a week using data, in Mexico City, New York and London in 2019.
