Apr. 2003 - Oct. 2014As part of 2 start ups within Pfizer which included MCS phase testing, IQ/OQ/PQ of equipment, executing water batches, demo batches and review/ updating of documentation. Involved in future state mapping, writing SOP's using Talsico, writing PBR's, and ensuring successful suite start up through the use of OE tools and principles. Experience in design and procurement of facility trolleys, benches, shelving units, racking systems, storage solutions and process aids. I have been responsible for parts washer & autoclave load optimisation projects I have also implemented a system for online/offline review of PBR's to ensure disposition deadlines are not impacted Experience in fermentation processes, seed bioreactors through to 12500L bioreactors & Purification of drug substance. Daily responsibilities would include setting up bioreactors, microfiltration & UF/DF systems, buffer make ups, partswasher and autoclave runs. Maintaining stock levels of consumables and equipment Completion of PBRs and logbooks in real time Liaising with Calibrations and Engineering to ensure the upkeep of vessels and machinery Change controls, commitments and event writing as part of daily responsibility using SAPCAPA and Trackwise systems I am also trained in Talsico Human performance model I have successfully lead a team of technicians in implementation and achievment of 5S certification and standard work across manufacturing suite I have a six sigma yellow belt and a lean yellow belt
