• Implement the policies, processes and pre-established procedures for the area of design and job evaluation.
• Develop techniques for collecting, preparing and presenting salary information.
• Constantly monitor the country's regulations related to wages in order to ensure compliance.
• Manage compensation issues, including processing, storage and reporting of all actions taken in relation to employee salaries.
• Analyze the effectiveness of current policies, guidelines, and procedures and recommend improvement plans, which must be profitable and consistent with market trends and corporate objectives.
• Ensure the correct administration and maintenance of the information system, ensuring the timely registration of information.
• Support in the management of the Health and Life Benefit Plan.
• Review and guarantee the internal consistency of the positions valued, with respect to the entire company.
• Preparation of proposals for the salary levels of the new hires, annual and off-cycle increases, and internal movements of personnel.
• Support in conducting and analysing salary surveys.
• Manage and control corporate benefits and propose improvement initiatives in relation to them and ensure compliance with policies.
• Propose, implement, measure and monitor incentive and recognition systems.
• Support in the annual salary review process.
• Plan, design, review and administration of non-financial benefits.
• Provide advice to assigned departments on human resources administration sub-processes.
• Responsible for managing the process of level progression in unionized positions, ensuring an efficient process and compliance with approved procedures.
