Leads market discovery and market-research to identify pervasive market problems and propensity to pay. Leverages data and market expertise to influence organizational direction and corporate strategy. Evangelizes product differentiation and innovation internally and externally, including industry analysts, industry awards, client advisory boards, user groups, and prospects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful execution of commercialization plans. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product commercialization efforts, and provide regular reports to senior leadership. Lead the development of compelling product positioning and value propositions that resonate with target customers and differentiate in the market. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, sales collateral and provide product training, sales tools, and deal support to drive successful product adoption and revenue growth. Enable organization to serve as the primary partner for sales and marketing for enablement and deal support.
