This included testing the MVP, developing and implementing a targeted communications strategy. - Partnered with the audience team to develop, design and disseminate a newsletter survey sent to over 13,000 subscribers. Insights from this survey were used to optimise the content and the layout of the newsletter. - Created and implemented a multi-phased communications strategy to promote the annual Kurt Schork Awards in international Journalism in collaboration with the design, programmes and social media teams. This led to an increase of over 120 applications across all three award categories in 2023. - Acted as the point of contact for the programmes team which involved coordinating requests for communications support to amplify various projects.
