Proactively retain and develop existing client relationships and income from a portfolio of nominated clients and develop and grow new client relationships 2. Primary responsibilities
- End-to-end management of a portfolio of Enterprise accounts
- Initiates and develops strong business relationships with Senior Directors, HR and critical line management across client organizations
- Quickly gain an understanding of a client account, whether existing or new, identifying the way they work, what they expect from the company, and what opportunities exist in the client organization for the company’s offerings
- Align the company’s KPIs against the client’s expectations and needs and develop a structured account plan to achieve all goals and targets
- Establish relationships with all client stakeholders and own company stakeholders, communicating goals, objectives, and timelines clearly
- Proactively seek to grow business within each client, whether existing or new, for mutual benefit
- Manage the expectations of stakeholders using developed communication, listening, questioning, and reporting skills
- Develop and manage project and sales plans to exceed all targets whilst concurrently improving client satisfaction
- Deals with all aspects of client management, maximizing impact and optimizing results
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing them with prompt and knowledgeable support and guidance, becoming the go-to resource and their primary point of contact within the company
- Promotes and drives client satisfaction
- Prepares effectively, and research clients in advance of calls or meetings to engage effectively
- Demonstrates preparedness and credibility using insight-led sales techniques
- Paint a client-centric vision of value by effectively positioning our recommendations and capabilities in the client’s context
