My primary responsibility was to develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns, provide strategic guidance, monitor performance, and deliver comprehensive quarterly reports. In addition to my role as a Digital Marketing Strategist, I also served as the social media specialist, conducting best practice workshops for internal staff and devising effective social media campaigns. I offered valuable advice and recommendations to clients and colleagues on optimising their social media presence. I also worked with the Content team as a content creator, crafting a range of content including doing keyword research, SEO strategy, content research, writing, and editing for various channels. All the clients I worked with were B2B, and the campaigns I managed were omni-channel in nature, incorporating both paid and organic activities. These campaigns were executed using HubSpot, a comprehensive marketing automation platform. For each campaign, I formulated a detailed plan, communicated the strategy to clients, and diligently executed the campaigns in alignment with their goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). I closely monitored the results and produced comprehensive reports utilising HubSpot as well as Excel. Unfortunately, due to a decrease in business following the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, my role was disestablished, and I was made redundant.
