Responsibilities and Achievements: Plan, execute, and optimize the company’s eCommerce strategy including B2C, B2B, and Marketplace positioning. This led to: - Double digit revenue growth in the eCommerce channel
- 100% item saturation in the 4 largest eCommerce accounts
- 10+ items organically ranked in the top 3 positions for the most common keywords on Amazon
- Millions of impressions and the brand's lowest ACoS across AMS marketing campaigns, including competitive conquesting
- Monitoring and controlling price integrity through a MAP environment in both a direct and distributor business model
- Increased brand/product awareness and sales through collaboration with all key account online retailers to coordinate and fund account-specific marketing efforts, including Vitacost, iHerb, Quidsi, Target, and Walmart. Managed internal and external resources to completely re-design and roll out a new responsive website, auto-updating store locator, and fully-integrated Magento online store. This resulted in above-industry-average user engagement, doubled mobile conversions, and established a more stable platform to build the digital marketing efforts upon. Evaluated and re-negotiated all digital marketing efforts including web development, PPC, social media, and blog creation which cut excess spending by 60% without negatively effecting KPIs or deliverables. This stabilized the spend and led to a Digital Marketing Manager being hired who has further optimized the efforts.
