- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and logistics issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution. - Logistics Coordination: Oversee the planning and execution of logistics operation. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics and customer service processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall performance.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of the customer service logistics team and implement strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, warehouse, and transportation, sales, to ensure the smooth flow of goods and information through the entire sales process. - Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of all marketing activities.
- Vendor Management & Compliance: Manage relationships with logistics service providers and suppliers, negotiating contracts, evaluating performance, and seeking cost-effective solutions. - Ensure that all logistics and customer service activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of the logistics and customer service budgets, optimizing resources to achieve cost-effectiveness.
- Project Management: Oversight and development of the marketing strategy based on the sales plans and execute through coordination with Marketing Specialist.
