I have been in Customer Service/Sales Support Administrative positions for 20 years. My resume and LinkedIn profile are a snippet of my work experience, but I have several years also in Banking, Telecommunications, Promotional Product industry and even a couple years in the Medical Device industry. Supporting Sales Reps and being the liaison between many departments in all positions. Not only do I pride myself on being "the jack of all trade" in any job, I make it my mission to make sure that I learn a little bit of what everyone does, so I can contribute in any given moment to the team/company. With doing this, it helps not only the company grow with our current customer relationships, but to also help the internal customer's (our colleague's) build a strong relationship.
